결투

"Baby, get up. It’s time for to take your meds."

You groan, rolling over and pulling the blankets up over your head.

"Yah!" 성효 says, pulling the blankets off you. "Jagi, wae gureh?!"

"Go away…" you groan, burying your face in the pillows, trying to hide away from the bright lights he has switched on. You note that it’s still dark outside. "Oppa, let me sleep. I’m sick~"

성효is still and silent for a while. He sighs and you hear his footstep leave the room. You smile against the pillows, satisfied that you finally got what you wanted, and start to drift back off to sleep.

Seconds later, you feel the faint sharpness of ice cold water tracing its way down your back. You scream, sitting up at once.

"WHAT THE HELL!!! OPPA!!!" You stare up at him, eyes wide with disbelief and shock. 

He simply grins down at you, holding out a glass of water and some pills.

"Don’t make me say it again, babe. Be a good girl and take your pills."

You take the glass and pills from him slowly, eyes watching him. Your face gives away the revenge you are already plotting. He smirks.

"Good girl, baby."  he says, switching off the lights and settling down next to you, pulling you into his embrace. He rests against the headboard as you lay on his chest, snuggling into him.

"That wasn’t very nice, you know" you murmur against his chest. His scent calms you and makes you feel safe.

"Well next time," he says softly, "maybe you will listen to oppa when he tells you to do something."

"야," you groan, sleep already tugging at your consciousness. "Wae gureh…"

"Go away, Jagi~" he says, mockingly. "Let me sleep~"

Your eyes snap open at once. You try to hit him playfully but he catches you by the wrist.

"You’re lucky I love you, kitten." He breathes against your ear, face buried in your hair.

"I love you too, Oppa…" you say, drowsily, "More than anything…"

He kisses your forehead softly as sleep takes hold of you once more.
